For ZEVO hosts
Keep the cars. Lose the work.
Put your ZEVO fleet on autopilot. We handle the renters, the platform, and the daily work. You keep the cars and the income.

The handoff
Your fleet, without the daily work.
You never need to speak with a renter or ZEVO. We handle the calls, coordination, and follow-up for you.
How it works
How we run your car
Renters get our number, not yours. Follow a rental from the first conversation through the unexpected.
Before the rental
We screen. You approve.
We speak with each prospective renter after ZEVO’s screening and favor drivers we know. Every proposed driver comes to you for approval before the keys change hands.
Driver approval checklist
Illustrative workflow · before handoff
- Review ZEVO screening and rental history
- Speak with the prospective renter
- Propose the driver for your approval
- Onboard the approved driver and arrange handoff
During the rental
One team for the everyday work.
We handle renter questions, charging, tolls, maintenance, and ZEVO listings. Live location, mileage, battery data, and photo check-ins help us follow the trip. Our team meets with ZEVO weekly to work through fleet issues.
Trip monitoring
Illustrative workflow · while the car is out
- Review location, mileage, and battery data
- Keep the renter conversation in one place
- Reconcile charging, tolls, and payments
- Request photo check-ins when needed
When something goes wrong
We work the issue through.
We coordinate repairs, towing, impounds, and recovery. For claims, we review who was driving and the vehicle’s data. We pursue unpaid obligations, including legal action where warranted, and escalate platform issues directly to ZEVO.
Issue resolution
Illustrative workflow · a repair or claim
- Review the renter’s account and vehicle data
- Coordinate the repair, claim, or recovery
- Get your approval for repairs over $500 and claim settlements
- Pursue renter balances and deductible collection

Fees & expenses
How the money works
Two fees, shown separately. Operating expenses are deducted before your monthly deposit.
- ZEVO platform fee
-
20% of rental base fare
Earn more from our fleet's lower ZEVO platform fee.
- Driven Wealth management fee
-
15% of rental amounts collected
Calculated before deductions. This is our only management fee; there is no upfront management charge.
Expenses are deducted before payout
Charging, tolls, maintenance, and insurance come out of the vehicle’s income. You receive a statement for each vehicle and your deposit by the 15th of the following month.
If operating expenses exceed income, the shortfall carries forward. Insurance deductibles may be handled separately.

Owner control
The decisions stay yours
We handle the day-to-day work within the authority you give us. You keep the calls that matter.
- Ownership
-
Your LLC keeps the title.
We do not co-own your vehicles, place liens on them, or sell or transfer them.
- Approvals
-
New drivers, major repairs, and the bigger decisions.
You approve repairs over $500, rate changes outside your standing instructions, downtime over seven days, vehicle sales, and claim settlements.
- Your term
-
90 days, then month to month.
After the initial term, either side can end the agreement on 30 days’ written notice. We wind down active rentals, return your keys and documents, and deliver a final accounting within 15 days of termination.
Next step
Start with one car.
Let us run one vehicle while you decide what comes next for your fleet. See the work we handle and your first statement before adding more cars.
-
Plan your handoff
On a 30-minute call, we’ll discuss your cars, location, and how the fees work.
-
Agree on the handoff
Review and sign the management agreement. Give us the business account for your deposits.
-
We get the car ready
We inspect the vehicle, arrange insurance, and manage its ZEVO listing and rentals.
